Got a set of the 320 weight, used a fair bit in last month. Really nice base layer, soft and not itchy. Ordered a mens "M", I am 5-9 1/2, 185 #, consider myself athletic build and these fit perfectly. Do not bunch up in my ski boots. Will purchase again.
